App crashes or freezes

Try force-closing the app and reopening it. If the problem persists, restart your device. Make sure you have the latest version of the app installed.

Strava sync not working

Go to Profile > Settings > Connected Apps and disconnect/reconnect your Strava account. Ensure you have granted all necessary permissions.

Activity submission failed

Check your internet connection and try again. Make sure your image file is under 10MB and in a supported format (JPG, PNG).

Payment issues

Verify your payment method details are correct. Contact your bank if the card is being declined. Try using a different payment method.

Not receiving notifications

Check your device notification settings and ensure Zone is allowed to send notifications. Check your in-app notification preferences.
